For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 6,65 EUR. The Deutsche Post charges an additional 2.00 EUR for this service.
Europe:
Cash on delivery only for Austria possible. There is an additional charge of 6,65 EUR.
Payment:
As of February 1st, 2014, the Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA) has been introduced in the European Union and associated countries (e.g. Switzerland). You require an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and a BIC (Bank Identification Code), both of which can be supplied by your bank. Our IBAN and BIC can be found in our imprint or on your confirmation of order.
Please note that your bank may charge fees for payments from outside of the SEPA-area, which are deducted from your payment. To avoid this, please select the option Fees to account owner. when making your transaction. We reserve the right not to fulfill your order if payment is incomplete.
In addition, please note that your local dispatcher may charge a fee for customs handling, if your country is not a member of the EU (e.g. Switzerland).
We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, direct debit, cash on arrival and PayPal. If requested, we accept credit cards (via telephone only). Payment by invoice is available for business customers. To choose invoice in our webshop, simply create a customer account and give us a call - we will then activate the payment method for you.
