SKB iSeries Cases
SKB iSeries Cases are robust protective cases designed for the transportation and storage of sensitive equipment. Made from injection-molded, impact-resistant polypropylene copolymer, they offer a virtually indestructible construction that can withstand extreme conditions. Thanks to IP67 certification, the cases are waterproof, dustproof and impact-resistant. They are therefore resistant to shocks, vibrations and pressure fluctuations and meet military specifications such as MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-810C, MIL-C-4150J and MIL-STD-648C
An outstanding feature of the SKB iSeries cases is the automatic pressure equalization valve, which securely closes the cases even during rapid height changes without creating a vacuum inside the case. They are also ATA-certified, which means they are approved for worldwide air transportation and meet airline requirements. All latches have the trigger latch feature, which makes it difficult to lever the latches open unexpectedly.
The cases are suitable for use in all industries and develop their maximum protective effect with a foam insert. Whether in the music industry to protect instruments and audio equipment (e.g. fly racks), in photography for camera equipment (e.g. think tank) or in the military and industrial sector for sensitive electronic equipment.
